What happens after the 7-day trial?+

The trial starts with your first meaningful export, lasts 7 days, and includes up to 200 Content Mixer exports. No card is required. Afterward, your account continues on Free and your saved projects remain.

How can Content Mixer create so many videos?+

Organize your Hooks, Bodies, CTAs, and optional endings. Content Mixer automatically assembles combinations. For example, 10 Hooks × 3 Bodies × 10 CTAs creates 300 possible outputs.

How are Content Mixer exports counted?+

Only successfully exported Content Mixer videos count. Previews and failed exports do not count. The trial includes 200 total Mixer exports; monthly allowances depend on your plan.

What are Creative Processing Minutes?+

A shared allowance for supported transcription, Smart Clips analysis, Speech Cleanup, and AI Voice. Free includes 60 minutes per month; Standard 600; Premium 1,500; VIP 3,000. Successful processing counts, including applicable local processing; failed or cancelled processing does not.

Does Free require a payment card?+

No. Neither Free nor the 7-day trial requires a card. The trial ends on Free without an automatic charge.

Can I use Neon Melon on Web and Desktop?+

Supported Web and Desktop studios use one Neon Melon account and its corresponding access level. Windows is released; Mac Desktop is in beta.

Are publishing features available?+

Publishing Studio, scheduling, and additional social integrations are in development. Availability depends on platform approval and release readiness.
